Dr. Henry A. Wise Jr. in High School in partnership with Delegate Marvin E. Holmes, Jr is hosting the 1st Common Core Institute For Parents".  The event will be held Saturday, May 10, 2014 at Dr. Henry A. Wise High School in Upper Marlboro from 10:00 a.m. until 1:30 p.m

The Common Core Institute Fo Parents (CCIP) is part of an ongoing series to inform parents about the Common Core Standards and other educational initiatives through Prince Georges County. We are expecting about 200 parents and community members from District 23B and across the county. 

We are inviting you to be a vendor to display, sell, and promote your services during our CCIP from 10:00 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. We are looking for vendors that will be educational in nature that cater to students with supplemental services to support their learning towards excellence. A $45.00 fee (non-refundable) is required. Refreshments will be provided for all attendees. (There will be a $50.00 charge for any returned check). A 6 foot table and chair will be provided for you. Feel free to bring your own tablecloth as well as any electric cords you may need. Space is assigned on a "first come first served" basis so please confirm your reservation by May 2nd.
