Today is day-one of the Maryland General Assembly. In my 18 years of “Day-Ones” this day-one is like no other. We spent this session primarily adopting the Modified Procedures During a Public Safety Emergency.
These procedures adopted a series of rule changes to allow us to function as a body while simultaneously staying safe and keeping each other safe.
This will be a General Assembly session like no other.
